Shipping Policy 

Where can I find information about my order?
To find out information on your order, you will need to contact us by email at info@alkmi.co.za or by calling us at +27 010 447 6646 (with your order number).

Where is my package?
Use the provided tracking number to track your number on the Courier’s website. The tracking number can be found on your order confirmation email or your order history if you created an account during checkout. If you are currently logged in, you can find your order history here. If the Courier says the package was delivered but you have not yet received it, please contact them or your local post office for further assistance. We recommend opening a research of delivery claim with the courier which may help in located your package’s whereabouts. Please be aware there can sometimes be a delay in actual delivery time with the courier.

What is your return and refund policy?

Returns
We accept returns only on unopened items within 15 days of purchase. Please email info@alkmi.co.za with your order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

My order did not process but funds were taken out of my account. What do I do?
If you received an error message when processing your order and did not receive a confirmation email, there could be an issue with the billing address you entered. We recommend verifying the correct billing information with your bank. We do not have these funds. The bank holds declined funds for 2-3 business days and then releases them back to your account.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call at+27 010 447 6646 or email info@alkmi.co.za as soon as possible. However, if your order is already in transit, you must send the product back to receive a refund. Please keep in mind that our offices are closed early on Friday and reopen on Monday.

What do I do if my purchase is damaged?
Please email info@alkmi.co.za with your order # and pictures of the damaged product. A representative will respond within 24hr Monday-Thursday, all emails sent Friday-Sunday will be responded on Monday.

Where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide, please check your country’s importation laws pertaining to CBD products.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping depends on where you live, the prices are visible once you have placed your order.
Your Bank May Charge an International Fee
While it is rare, there may be an additional charge is placed by your bank over the fact that since our processing department is housed in South Africa. It may automatically bill you an extra up charge of up to R40.00

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery within South Africa is normally within 24 to 36 hours. Deliveries to regional centers will take approximately 48 to 96 hours depending on the situation. International deliveries normally take up to 14 days, depending on the situation.
