Alkmi’s Full Spectrum Wellness CBD extract contains compounds found naturally occurring in the plant, including essential oils, and other cannabinoids. CBD properties are known to help combat anxiety, ease aches and pains, reduce inflammation and help regulate sleep.
Hemp seed oil is of high nutritional value as it contains about 80% essential fatty acids (EFAs) such as linoleic acid and stearidonic acid, as well as vitamins and antioxidants.

Contains per daily dosage
· (14 drops = 1ml):
· Potential CBD (CBD/CBDa) 20mg
· THC < 0.001%
· Hemp seed oil 95%
· Vitamin E 0.5%
Dosage
Take 14 drops (1ml) daily.
Hold in the mouth for as long
as possible before swallowing.
Provides 10 doses (200mg).
Do not exceed the
recommended daily dose.

Product was recommened to me by a friend who used it for stress and anxiety. I started on the 10ml just to try it out, I now use it daily to remain calm and focused at work. Would prefer to have started with the stronger strenghth from the get go as 10ml went quickly for me.
